The OHS-II oil-water mixture announciator is applied in the alarm control of water in oil and water accumulating in oil in petroleum, chemicals, hydropower, thermal power and other industries. The action point setting is continuously adjustable.

The working principle of OHS-II oil-water mixture announciator is measuring the change of capacitance of the medium between the two polar plates. OHS-II oil-water mixture announciator will detect the change of capacitance. If the water content exceeds a certain limit, the output relay will trip to alarm.

When measuring the oil-water mixture, the sensor cam be inserted into the tested medium directly, but the submerged depth must be more than 40mm.

After special calibration, the OHS-II monitor can also be used to the liquid content alarm controls of other liquids.
